While we believe that individualized attention and customized wellness programs are important, we love the sense of community and village-building that comes with groups classes. We offer classes for mothers and expectant mothers about what to eat (and what to avoid) while pregnant, what and when to eat while breastfeeding, how to prepare for your return to work, and how to turn your weaning tot into a healthy eater.
