Prenatal wellness, including massage, fitness, and nutrition services are often seen as a luxury; however, we believe that every expectant mother should be able to enjoy the benefits of a strong and healthy pregnancy. These "gifts" should not be limited showers, birthdays, and babymoons, but should be enjoyed throughout the entire pregnancy.
The forth trimester of pregnancy is real. The body spent 3/4 of a year preparing for and growing a little one. It takes at least the rest of the year to begin the recovery process. In most cases, bodywork may be resumed within days of delivery. Gentle exercise may begin following a physician's clearance. Breastfeeding nutrition information should be provided right away. Take the first 12 weeks following your pregnancy to retrain your body, regain your strength, improve your confidence, and nurture your emotional health; then round out the final three months of your postpartum period to set an attainable goal, just for yourself. |
